So, we went schlepping all over the Midlands today.
Mansfield to collect the (unwanted, spare) huge solar panel that I accidentally won on eBay.
Derby to get the glass for the back doors.
And... the weighbridge.
This is with: Paneling and rockwool, a few power tools, Willow and me and a full tank of diesel.
Front: 1380kg
Back: 1420kg
Total: 2800kg
Ummmm....
The front axle limit is 1600. So that's a bit of a worry.
And the 2800 total is also... a worry... as that's only 700kg available for the back doors and glass, the leisure battery, solar panels, water, woodburner, tools, bedding, bunkbed, cupboards... damn.... It's going to be close...
The glass weighs 27kg... I'll weigh the doors next. At least they sit beyond the back axle to will reduce the load on the front by a tad...
Pointed out by Ben - the remnants of the tail lift probably weighs about 100kg, so when the rain stops I can hear the industrial angle grinder calling :)
